<description>I would recommend a Flow class - where we link breath with movement. I would also recommend coming to a class and letting your instructor know your intentions. At Satsang Yoga we offer classes that help with weight loss - Core Flow, Power Vinyasa and Flow. Pilates is also a great way to help with weight loss. Remember that no weight loss program will work without proper nutrition as well as exercise. At Satsang Yoga - we offer Nutritional Therapy. It would be my recommendation to also evaluate your nutrition habits and see how they can enhance your practice. It&#039;s never just that one thing - it&#039;s usually a complilation of things we need to do to improve our health. Please check out our website or email me direclty with any questions.

<description>and though I feel like it is helpful in terms of strength training and toning, I have not yet seen any results in terms of weight loss. I was wondering if you had any suggestions for the best type of yoga for weight loss or if there was anything I could add to my workout to make weight loss possible, or more efficient. Thanks for the helpful post.
