Fitness Expert Joey Thurman Shares His Favorite Sweet Potato Squash Recipe For Clean Eating…

Everyone is always searching for the perfect diet that will have them achieving killer bodies like Jessica Alba or Miranda Kerr. Well stop looking for that perfect diet, in fact stop thinking about the carbs, calories and protein you are eating.  Just think clean!

Fitness expert and celebrity personal trainer, Joey Thurman, explains that eating clean is truly the best way to eat and live.

“Processed foods often strip away all nutrients we need to live a healthy life,” say Thurman. “A diet that is full of greens, fruits and vegetables has been proven to curb high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.”

Eating foods that have been minimally processed or handled is important. When shopping for food, the ingredient’s list should be very short and have items that are recognizable.

Thurman shares his famous sweet potato squash dish that has his clients feeling satisfied and full of energy:

Sweet Potato Squash
